Works are underway on the historic buildings at Christ Church including the church, rectory, old school hall and stables. Please assist the continuing work. Donations to the fund have tax deductible status as the fund is approved under the National Trust Scheme.

Restoration Updates

We have just completed major restoration works on the bell tower including reinstatement of the louvres in the windows at the top of the tower, restoration of the tuck pointing between the stonework, repainting of masonary surfaces and other work inside the tower itself to name but a few of the works involved.

These works would not have been possible without the support and assistance provided by Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council Heritage over the number of months needed to make this work a reality.

These works represent our commintment to preserve this historic building, and the other historic buildings on the site so that they may exist for the community for at least another 150 years.
